Property Inspections

Landlords have a number of responsibilities regarding keeping the property safe, secure, and in good repair.

identify maintenance issues early and fix them before costs increase;
check the smoke alarms and C02 alarms are present and working and any fire escapes are free from obstruction
spotting any potential breaches of the tenancy agreement (eg. Smoking/pets in the property);
collecting supporting evidence for any deposit deductions at the end of the tenancy;
identifying any damage or over occupancy caused by the tenant
